Make sure you check your car out with a fine tooth comb. I got a rental vehicle from them. I was in a hurry and I didn't check it out with them. When I returned it I did the same. A week or two later I got a claim in the mail saying I owed over $800. I had the truck over 3 weeks and still didn't even use a 1/4 tank of gas. But yet it had damage to the side that was barely noticeable to the naked eye. Because I was in a hurry to get the truck I HAD to pay for it. Hopefully in the future I never have too deal with them. But a few weeks later I had to get another rental... My insurance company set me up with them again. And let me tell you I made the write down EVERY LITTLE SCUFF. I was NOT about to pay for someone else's mistake. When I returned it I made sure I got the letter saying there was no damage.
For the most part it was a great experience. The price was responsible. It would be nice if on the website the additional charges and deposit information are listed. Also a little more clarity on where to pick the car up would be nice. I was told to go to airport and meet the shuttle when in fact I could have just gone to the location directly. But other than that the service was great and the car was great
Great service, off-site location but with simple option for returning car to airport for drop-off. Staff was friendly and professional. Enterprise is my favored car company, good rates and wonderful employees.

I rent from this Enterprise Branch pretty often. I've never been disappointed, in fact, I have been thrilled with my service on numerous occasions. No matter the time of day the staff is prompt courteous and professional.
