Dr. Moseley came in on her day off Saturday to see our daughter who had been in a skiing accident previously,and had a horrible tooth ache.
Horrible billing practice and rude staff. During my visit at the office, I paid my patient portion and insurance was to pay the rest. It was about 4 weeks later that I received the first invoice saying I still owed them money (under 50 dollars). They drowned me with 4 invoices a week for about 3 weeks until I called their office and got rude unprofessional behavior from the staff. I told them I would be in to take care of it in cash. It wasn't but a few days later that I got a letter from a collection agency that they sent my balance to (which bumped the balance up). I have told my friends and family to stay far away from this evil practice and I suggest you do the same.
She was very patient and kind to our daughter . Her husband even came in to help and even gave us a tour of the office which is extremely high tech,all the treatment was explained to us. What a great couple when thanked for coming in they stated that's why we are here,our fears of dentists and especially root canals were laid to rest after this kind Doctor took care of our child. Thanks!
It is the only time I can describe dental work as therapeutic.D.r. Moseley is so talented at her profession it's actually relaxing. It is the second time I have needed a root canal and both times I was impressed at the fluent way The staff worked together. For health reasons I have spent a lot of time seeing various kinds of D.r's. I confidently profess D. r Moseley and her staff are one of the best.
