Both my sister and I have gone to this dentist and it is terrible! Extremely unprofessional. I had some teeth extraction for later orthodontic work done and at one point, the dentist asked if I would've liked to pull my own tooth out. Besides that experience, any other time I've visited was nothing but regret. I would hope you find somewhere else to get your dental work done.
Loved this place. Great staff. And professional Dr. Also had reasonable prices. Had fillings, crowns, xray and cleaning preformed here.
I've always had a good experience at Kalispell Family Dental. I've had regular cleanings, as well as fillings. The office staff has made me feel welcome and calmed my nerves each time I've gone. Dr. Kozik also makes a point to know his patients and shows that he really cares.
Terrible service! I will never be going back. The employees and owner are very rude! They have tried to over bill me multiple times and harass me when I try to reslove the issue by sending threatening rude letters. I have never felt so unwelcomed in my life. Listen to the other bad reviews people, they arent wrong.
The whole Kozik team was the best. The moment you walk in the front office treats you like a king. You can tell they care more about you as a person and NOT just your teeth. I had some implants that Dr. James worked on, and I would put them up against the real deal(original teeth). There was no pain. My visits were always a pleasure, and the staff was always happy. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my choice. Give them a try. If only to see if they can make you smile too.
There are plenty of other dentists in the city that are far better in every way. This office is not being run properly and amazes me that they are still up and running.
