- update. I received a call from the manager over this issue; she was very nice and apologized. She did some due diligence before calling me which I appreciate. 5 stars for her service but the ding on my credit won't go away for 2-3years. hence 3stars.
Very friendly and fun. Makes getting braces a whole lot more fun. I would highly recommend to anyone. My friend was getting a palate expander and I directed him to Stebbins. Was very fast getting braces.
I went in for a consultation on getting braces. I decided not to get braces however Dr Stebbins office hit my credit report with a hard inquiry. Why? I have no idea. No where that I noticed in the application was it disclosed to me that they were going to ding my credit score with an inquiry. I'm pretty upset.
These guys rock.
Dr. Stebban- Han and his team are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone. He is very caring and knows how to make you feel very welcome. :)
