When I joined in June 2014 everyone was all excited about getting all new machines. That never happened. The machines they have are old and do not track your progress, nor is there an tracking available on line. Their computer program has not worked properly since September 2014. Further, despite e-mails, faxes and letters neither the owner nor Curves corporate have ever responded to my inquiries.
