As far as the Christian aspect goes, their knowledge of scripture is sound and their hearts for God are apparent, but the atmosphere they create is one of welcoming and love, not of religion. All walks of life can feel comfortable entering their doors, receiving a unique opportunity to not only learn and grow in their yoga practice but to also be encouraged, uplifted and cared for as an individual.

This is a place I will passionately support and encourage others to do the same. And at that price, I don't see why anyone wouldn't! :)
I have attended Kalispell Christian Yoga regularly for over three weeks now and this place is incredible. All of their instructors are skilled and knowledgeable in the practice of yoga. They pay specific attention to each of their students, helping every person to modify their yoga to meet their specific needs or limitations. I have been to many yoga studios and never seen this type or depth of personalized attention and care.
I am incredibly grateful that this studio offers opportunities for me to improve my physical and spiritual health. I've been enjoying the yoga classes for over a year now, but also I attended the new (FREE!) guided meditation class Saturday morning and l loved it. Great way to learn how to increase mental focus and concentrate my energies on what's most important. I highly recommend it to anyone!
