This place needs shut down ASAP!!! I will be calling the health dept after my last visit a week ago! This place is EXTREMELY FILTHY!! Blood on mats filthy! Every time I've come here I've been so disappointed. The staff is unfriendly, rude, inattentive. It's like some guy high on drugs was like lets throw some rundown used trampolines in a dirty warehouse outside of town and call it a fun place for kids to go! This place is extremely unsafe for kids! It's so sad that this is the only place for kids to go in the valley to have "fun"! Last year i threw a birthday party here for my daughter and we couldn't even jump because there was so many older kids jumping not watching out for the younger kids. We ended up leaving early and they wouldn't refund us because they said we should of known coming into it what we were getting??? And that we should of booked a private party and had the place to ourselves but there times for private parties are odd and not "appropriate" times to have a party! Anyway! This last time a friend invited us and I thought well it's been awhile so we'd give it a try! Wrong! There systems were so slow it took me 30 minutes to sign 2 kids in! Finally they start jumping and we noticed that in between the mats their were huge holes not covered by mats and sure enough my friends son fell thru and tore the skin off all the way up his leg! The front desk didn't even flinch as he was screaming in pain! I don't even think they noticed at all. What a joke this place is! I think mcdonalds play areas are cleaner than this place!

Brought my kids here today and was disappointed older kids there bullied my younger ones one actually pinning my son down in the foam pit and pulled his pants down I’m pretty dang furious with what happened .... talked to the front desk and was told he couldn’t do anything because no one told him at the time it happened .... granted that is always ideal but with young kids who were bullied it takes time to get the whole story ..... my daughter was shoved injuring her foot .... I signed the waiver but there was no one keeping an eye on the kids, and not just my kids! I saw two other kids get bullied and a little girl so disappointing facility was not the cleanest but I could almost overlook that ...... I don’t expect people to hold my kids hand but I expect my kids to be able to be safe especially when I’m paying $11 an hour.
I'm being very kind with two stars. I was so disappointed as soon as we walked In the door. It's dark and dindgy and extremely dirty. The employee at the front desk was nice, but not worth the feeling of old sweaty foot grime under our feet! The trampolines felt very rickety and I was nervous to jump around too much. Torn nets, visible filth and stinky furniture all around. No beuno. What a missed opportunity!
This place was so unorganized and so not clean. So crowed. Stupid dumb rules
