Recently I contacted flathead health and fitness to help me obtain my goals with my health journey. All the staff has been great and super supportive. Tim has been extremely helpful and teaching me how to succeed. I love the gym and the vibe you feel the minute you walk through the door. I have never felt this encouraged by a gym before ever! The staff is useful , the facility is clean and meets all my needs, and the classes are amazing. I'm excited to be on this journey with fhf! Love this gym! I can't imagine taking this journey without this gym!
Facility in regards to machines, classes and teachers are good. Showers are a little junkie and complimentary towels are tiny. Rent a large shower towel for 1$ . Front desk folks are nothing to rave about, laxidasical and will leave early on Sundays,from my experience. I needed something I lost but was helped by a seasoned member who used the word" lax " to describe the front desk folks.Originally when I was shown the facility the sauna was working, when my membership started it was broken and stayed that way. I've paid less for a 24 hour gym with better front desk folks, bigger towels lol and a better facility. Oh ya and the electronic scanner to get into the gym after hours is often malfunctioning so you may have to wait while someone calls an employee to let you in.
This gym is wonderful. Great prices as well as a variety of awesome classes. The staff is great, very friendly and always helpful. They also provide 24 hr access which is nice for a busy schedule.
Really enjoy this gym. If you go early in the morning there are quite a few people from the older generation but everyone is super nice and the staff are awesome genuine people. Open 24hrs and only $25 a month. Some machines aren't quite up to date but still have a very wide verity to choose from.
The facility is super clean, the staff are always incredibly friendly. The prices are very inexpensive. They have a lot of variety of classes, as well as personal trainers and physical therapist on site and on staff. The owner is friendly and helpful!!!
