The thing I love most about Iyengar yoga is how it really makes you think about your body in space. As a scientific person, I really enjoy geeking out about different muscle groups and how they all need to work together to create the perfect posture. The Yoga Room of Montana is an incredible place that has started to feel like my second home. I would highly recommend calling them to come check it out!
The Yoga Room of Montana is a wonderful Iyengar Yoga facility that Kalispell is truly blessed to have. Kisa (one of 3 Iyengar certified instructors in the State of Montana) and Julia are really wonderful teachers and will help you advance physically and overcome physical (and many times mental) obstacles, to better health and overall well being.
The Yoga Room of Montana is a great place to do yoga. I was a complete beginner when I started and I can't imagine doing anything other than Iyengar Yoga. It is a great way to learn about your body and take control of your aches and pains. The atmosphere at The Yoga Room of Montana is very welcoming and supportive.
