My advice, take all business to Home Depot across the street and telling all my friends to do the same.
Lied about issuing credit after shipping broken stove. Beware of any agreement they make at this store. Bought stove, microwave and fridge in June/July. Stove arrived broken and they offered to either cover Bud Block's cost or discount broken. Since it might have been leaking, I chose Lowes covers Bud Block cost. I provided the invoice and they ignored me. Started using them due to their military appreciation, but I am heading back to Home Depot from here out. I liked Lowes but lost all respect when they lied.
I’ve given this store too many chances and each time the service is just plain awful. The employees avoid customers like the plague. This morning was the last straw, stopped to ask an employee where an item was, totally and completely ignored. (Some older guy in the back of the store near lumber) Stopped to ask another kid and he didn’t even make eye contact, just ducked into another isle. When I checked out, the lady asked how everything was, I told her politely that it was hard to find anything without help. Didn’t say a thing, just blankly looked at me and handed me change.
This store would be a great place for Halloween because it’s a ghost town when it comes to customer service. I made five trips to the store and called them three times to find a particular hardwood sample. The website indicated it was available at this location and I was prepared to shell out thousands of dollars for this product but I needed a sample before I installed this flooring in my home and the sample was not on the shelf. Either the flooring personnel was not there or they never returned my calls about this product. I left post-it notes and phone messages. On one trip the flooring department was staffed but they were bitterly moaning about their jobs and all the work they had to do. That turned me off and I bailed. When Lowes opened at this location they had great service and this store was awesome. This is a small town and we appreciate having this store serve our community. The store is well lit, open late and organized and to be fair some of the staff are helpful and cheerful. Customer services come from the top and it is vital for your survival. Please get your act together and improve your service skills.
Really impressed with customer service lately..the sales staff seems to care and even give advice...that works! wow! Exchange policy sucks new rules are no cash without receipt...ever..made me come back..and spend more money..ah well..Lowes is far cleaner then HD and better price point..more selection too!
These are the rudest employs I have ever delt with I asked for assistance getting a toilet off the shelf and was told “you gota be kidding me get out of here” needles to say we left the store and went to homedepot where the employs where more then willing to help us and answer questions
