I'm a male DIY homeowner, not a commercial plumber. My plumbing needs are few, but whenever I've gone to Northwest I've been treated well and the counter men have gone out of their way to understand my non-technical mumblings and offer several solutions/products. If they don't have what I need, which is rare but does happen, they suggest local alternatives (once they sent me to a pawn shop to find an affordable version of a rarely needed tool and saved me lots of money!).
Very poor customer service. Made no attempt to help me with some product information.
