I rented a truck this last week and was seriously pleased! I had to go over a 1000+ miles, and not only was it a safe and reliable ride, it was comfortable too. Customer service was top notch, Maynard is awesome and very helpful, it was cost effective and over all it was a great experience! My deposit was refunded timely as well. If I have to move again Budget truck has my business.
The people are very kind and go out of the way to be of service. The experience was quick and easy and had no problems with the truck.
The guy that works at this little office was a pleasure to deal with... Had some problems and he did everything he could to make things work out for us.... Will definitely go here again, best truck rental experience I've had.
