Great help from the doctors and nurses, they helped my injury immensely. The problem lies with front desk intake, the experience from the intake staff was rude and the lady was extremely apathetic. Watch out for the older women with glasses and short red hair. She was uncaring, and unwilling to help. With her unwarranted attitude, an employee such as this has no place in the business of healthcare. Please reevaluate your intake staff and actually employ people who want to help, because its their job to do so... Not someone who is not an advocate for your patients and hospital.
