Some staff is friendlier than others, but I like the quick service and that you can get appointments here faster than most. Very convenient!
Disappointed with the haircut, as my Border Collies came home looking shaggy, and with a sore foot from their nails being clipped too short.
The owner and staff are professional, polite and love their work. I use both the self wash and grooming services. We always have a pleasant experience and my dogs don't mind the extra attention. Very reasonable prices.
