I had an important document overnighted by fedex. It was suppose to be delivered by kalispell fedex who delivered it to the wrong address. When I filed a complaint about it, the woman working at the Kalispell location called me to tell me her delivery driver assured her he delivered it to the right address. A month later my document finally arrives because a neighbor dropped it off at my house after he found it on his porch. Not only did they deliver it to the wrong address they attempted to lie about it and they still refused to reimburse me for the price of shipping.
After having given them the gate code 9 times, they will leave stuff by the gate at the edge of the road. UPS and FEDEX AIR (regular FEDEX employees) seem to manage this just fine.
