I was stuck in Kalispell at two in the afternoon needing a rear tire for my Vaquero. They had 2 in stock and got me back on the road in 2 hours. They also directed my wife and I to a close by restaurant where we could have lunch while we waited. Great, friendly staff.
We stopped here for tires while on a cross country road trip. I ordered the tires (TKC70) a week in advance and booked an appointment to have them fitted. We took the wheels of the bikes ourselves in the car park and the service techs had the tires fitted in under an hour (ahead of our scheduled appointment) during their lunch break.

The shop seems to have a fair selection of anything you might need from consumables to gear I was satisfied with the service and cost and would recommend this place for anyone traveling through the area.

I was on a two week trip form California to Canada, when I started having issues with my 1190 Adventure. I called at the end of the business day and explained my problem. I was told to bring the bike in first thing in the morning the next day, and if I broke down they would come and pick my bike up with one of their trucks.

Figured out anothershops wiring error
I was there first thing in the morning, before the shop was even open for business, someone came and rolled my bike into the shop.I explained that I was having some electrical problems and the guys jumped right on it. Next thing I was being offered coffee and a place to sit. Everyone there seemed interested in what was going on and trying to help me and my girlfriend get back on the road to get into Canada that day.
About three hours later the guys had me back on the road.
We were on a big trip out of South Carolina, so a long way from home, and found my right front fork leaking. Only 3 days into a 10 day trip that will have lots of dirt roads in it, I'm nervous to ride it with a leaking fork seal. I called Penco early in the morning and got Ryan on the line. He says they are pretty full but understanding my issue says he will go and talk to the mechanics. Calls me back after he did And sourced the part and we are a go. In and out in a couple of hours AND they washed my bike. Two thumbs up to Ryan, the mechanic who accepted the job ( and did nice work) and Penco. Would recommend to others.
