Worst group to work with ever. Dont sign an agreement with Travis all he will do is screw you over. They have a crew of kids they use as a repo group that screw up the vehicles while taking back as well. These guys are a group of thieves that my friend is currently filing charges against due to items being stolen out of a repoed vehicle. These guys don't work with people at all like they say and never contact people back. Word to the wise dont trust them for anything especially not their bs warranty. The owner is also a piece of work that never calls back customers as well so if ya have a problem it's never resolved. I hope karma affects them all in every way they deserve because they are horrible theives and liars

What an amazing experience. We have had trouble with a car we bought from another Buy here Pay here in the valley. We paid it off and went to get another from them, hoping they would work with us. They did not. The guy treat me like a total jerk. I called my husband and he came down and it just became a horrible experience. Desperate for a safe family vehicle, and very low on cash we searched. Came across a Crazy Mikey's auto chaser. Got in contact with the manager? Travis I think? He then had us work with Rick who was just so nice. With in 2 hours we have a great Tahoe and I will continue to recomend and send people to them. Thanks again guys!
Definitely no stars!!!!! Got a lemon from Auto Solutions that we are supposed to pay well over $10,000 for! (The night we were looking at this car, Travis was on-site drinking liquor with much, much younger people, most of which appeared to be minors) There was some problems at the time of purchase that we addressed as deal breakers, Travis asked what was to be done in order to close the deal. I started the car needed to be cheaper so we could do the repairs and he said done. Then countered my offer and said they would do the repairs if we paid full price. Agreed, knowing Cadillac's can be expensive to fix. After 3 days in the shop, we took our vehicle home and nothing had been fixed that we agreed on. Travis Lies to cover his tracks, time and time again... Over the course of the last year, several problems have come up and Travis never acknowledges them. I've finally had it... This vehicle is all-wheel drive, when they're mechanic told me it's a front wheel wheel drive. Now, typically that would be an upgrade, but considering this vehicle is a complete death trap in any kind of moisture, it raises more concerns about the vehices health. Now, yesterday we were supposed to close on a trade-in and Travis repeatedly went back on his word and we finally left with no trade. My husband has lost his job due to inability to go to work, I will end up losing my job with no vehicle to get me around, our 2 kids will be affected, as well as the one we are pregnant with. We are looking at losing our home. This lemon is ruining our lives!!!! Travis is a liar, and despite him only being an employee, the owner seems to stay on the side line and let him run his scams!! Don't buy here!!!!!
