Fair warning to any potential buyers at this establishment: this dealer absolutely refuses to perform a full inspection on any new or used RV prior to receiving payment upon purchase. Another way they may prevail upon you. Then it's up to them how they may or may not repair defects to any system or equipment on YOUR freshly purchased RV. At that point, if you don't agree on their proposed remedy, you're at their mercy. PS: its difficult to make a reasonable offer when you don't know the condition of what you're purchasing.
Great place friendly staff and service department. I was there on a visit and needed some work done on my RV. I spoke with Marsha who was very helpful, she was able to schedule our RV repair work so that we could have it back in the evening. I feel they went above and beyond.
Absolutely useless parts department. Called to see if they had a part in stock. Gave my model number, and part I needed. Said they could not find my model, and said nothing else. No help. Thanks a lot. Great service.
