Great experience with Eisinger after having a flat tire about 200 feet from the dealership. They were nice enough to come to us and ended up changing the tire so we could make it to the dealership. Ended up having to purchase a new tire. Thomas went over and above to help us with a willing spirit and great customer services--very impressive!
Steve, the service adviser, takes good care of you. Service is done in a timely manner. Tammy the receptionist is efficient and friendly. A good place to have your Honda serviced.
Everyone is professional and courteous, although I just wish they had a bit better communication on the service side. My one hour wait turned into a three and a half hour wait. But they did make up for some of it with a free air and cabin filter replacement on the next oil change .
I had been searching for a new car for months and praying that my car would last until I was able to get another one.
