We have used Ford dealers from Houston to Portland to Tucson and back and Kalispell Ford was the best experience we ever had with a Ford dealer! Heather, in the service department, is terrific! Our truck was acting up while pulling our 5th wheel towards Northwest Montana and it was a Friday morning. We spoke with Heather and told her we didn't know what time we would arrive in Kalispell. She told us she'd work us in whenever we got there and she did! She got us right in and almost immediately let us know it was just our batteries and nothing more serious. What a relief while traveling! She then told us that due to the age of the batteries that the fees would be prorated. She was also very kind and gave us tips on restaurants, ice cream, and hikes where we could pick huckleberries! We took her advice and tried all and we're so happy we did! Thank you Heather and Kalispell Ford for such great customer service.
Would go back to this dealership without a doubt, when we need to buy another vehicle down the line. I recommend buying new or used vehicles from this dealership.
Excellent vehicle purchase experience. Sales person was a pleasure to work with. Easy and laid back without a bit of the typical and dreaded, pressure from sales people, that drain the fun out of buying a new vehicle. Finance guy,was great and worked hard to ensure we got the financing we could afford and at the best interest rate possible. Friendly, as well. The only negative, and I really would not call it negative but the only thing I wish had been different was, when the time came to sign the papers I asked about the extended warranty available for purchase and was just told, take the brochure and read about it. Would have preferred we had it explained to us and most likely purchase it on the spot. The person we signed the papers with was not either the sales person or the finance person, just to be clear. They spent plenty of time answering our questions and working to make it happen that day, so we could drive off in the new vehicle. Overall, fabulous experience in buying a car and this dealership's commitment to only sale cars that pass extensive inspections, put us at ease in buying a new to us car but really, a used car. No junkers, clunkers or trade in's of previous owner (s) problems. Those used vehicles go to auction or sold to a wholesale, buy here/pay here, kind of lot.
I recently bought a beautiful new pick up from Kalispell Ford. I am so impressed with everyone working there; Tim and Orion in particular. They worked to get me a pick up that had everything on my list. They even offered to be my go between with another company in order to get a spray in bedliner. They offered to do the 6 month treatments for the special coating I had on it as a free service. They showed interest in my personal life and Orion even did something very special for my favorite ministry. This was my first purchase at Kalispell Ford but it won't be my last. Thank you.
Chris and the gang in the service department were great. We were travelling cross country and even though they didn't have any appointment times available, they fit us in and helped us get back on the road in a timely manner. The waiting area is super nice and they provide coffee, bagels, cookies, water. I recommend Kalispell Ford highly.
