My wife and I were looking to by a new car we had no luck anywhere, the reason being is because we were barley working on our credit. So i guess you could say we were ghosts in the system . So we were told to go to green nissan and ask for Jamie. So we did. We got there and right away we were greeted as soon as we walked in. We explained our situation to him. He then said lets get you into a car, he then introduced us to Stephen. Stephen walked us out to the lot, walked us through the cars and said I'm not looking to get you into a car that you like I want to get you into a car that you love he walked us through the entire lot until we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. Took us on test runs on the cars. When we found the car we both loved and were comfortable with we went back to the dealership then introduced to Audry. They all did their parts and made it happen and put us in our brand new 2015 rogue. We still go back with questions and we are treated like family there. So my wife and I would like to say thanks to Jamie,Stephen and Audrey for making us feel welcomed and welcoming us to the Green Nissan family!

I test drove 4 cars all together that day to make sure that I was making a good ejected decision, especially for the situation that I was in. The car that I had picked out was within my price range, at least that what I had thought. The payments were higher then expected but at the time I was ok with that. When I had first gotten into this particular car to drive their was a green tag in the window that said $22k. The MSRP tag on the side of the car said the price was $26k. This is the first time that I have been to a dealership and actually had to deal with car salesman's and the staff. The manager told me that I should lease the car because Nissan is awesome and that their leases are different then any other dealership. Said that I would be saving around $3k to $4k dollars. Said that I would get a full factory warranty, I wouldn’t ever have to worry about anything. When I was signing the papers to lease my car, the finance manager kept going around the questions that I had for her. She had seemed that I was taking up her time and felt like I was inconveniencing her. She was in a very big hurry to answer or even go around all the questions that I had for her and for the contract that I was signing. The biggest question that I kept asking her through out the paper work was why it kept saying $29k. Again, she would go around the question and avoid to answer it. She then asked me if I wanted what they called a bronze package. The package would come with window crack repair, a seal paint on the car to help with scratches, every single oil change for was free, etc. It ended up to be $40 extra a month. I told her that I didn’t want the bronze package because the car payments every month were already a little over my budget. The woman asked me in a very rude way “why not?” I felt as if she was offended that I wouldn’t buy what she was selling. Of course at that point she proceeded and told me why I should get it.

Our visit was great, very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Brian was eager to help us to the price point we were looking for, helpful and curteouss. I would recommend him to any auto buyer.

Go in with a pre approval letter from Nissan finance at 0% for 72 months. What they offer is 6.25%, totally disregarding the nmac acceptance letter. Called a different nissan dealer and their offer, on the phone at least, made much more sense.

You can't ask for a better company, they have the best salesmen in the valley, if you want a great car and someone who works with you to get exactly what you need, go see Scott Sherlock he's the best. They helped me out of a hole when I needed help!!

My name is Lorraine and I was in the middle of a divorce, a single mother and I am a full time student college student. I went in last week to Green Nissan in Evergreen Montana to buy a car. When I went in to Green Nissan I told them my price range and was adamant about staying within my price rage and within my payments. The car sales men was a very nice guy and had not been in the industry for long. The manager on the other hand kept making me think that I was getting an amazing deal on cars and kept asking me to look at different vehicles. cars that were above my price range and out of my payment range.

I felt that the manager and the finance manager were very deceitful and taking advantage of a women in my situation. I ended up buying the package. At this point my payments ended up to be way over my budget and the car was sold to me at $29k when I thought I was getting a car for $22k. No one explained the green tag deal to me, no one explained how the lease exactly worked, especially when I asked multiple times to multiple people and no one other then the car salesman was professional in any way. No woman in my situation or in any situation should have to feel the way I did with Green Nissan and their sales team. I am very hurt and very disappointed with their service, especially when it says on their main website page that they meet the needs of each individual with paramount concern. That they share their knowledge and enthusiasm with their customers. Never again will I go through the Nissan Corporation because of Green Nissan in Evergreen Montana. This letter will be sent to the editor of the Kalispell Montana Newspaper called the Daily Interlake, Yelp, Google and will be sent to Green Nissan the the Corporation of Nissan as well.
