I have NEVEr had a problem at big johns we have been going there for years for a variety of reasons but today was different. My husband bought 2 new filters yesterday for our hottub which were 40.00 each, he took in our old one to make sure he got the right ones. He got home, put the filter in and it was the wrong size, so he asked me to go exchange them for the right size.. so I did I explained the situation to the man helping me, his name was Chris and he explained that the filter was wet so it was considered "used" a little irritated , but in a nice way I responded with I understand that but my husband came in your guy got the filter for my husband so I did not feel like I should just lose money on a 40.00 filter In the background there was a lady and amna talking amongst themselves and all of sudden I hear " just another day when the customer does not own up to their responsibilities " I looked at Chris and said who is this lady and he responded with the owner, I said well she is a real B@@@@... she comes over closer and says I don't l ow what u want me to do about am I suppose to take a loss on this ? And I said yes, and explained the situation again.. she storms off into another room.. I said to Chris I was not going to buy another one I would exchange the one and then my husband who would be pissed would come in and would not b nice she exits this room and says I am tired of hearing about this...and says so whatever in the end Chris exchanged both of them straight across .. if u know me I am not a mean or rowdy person , I probably should have not responded how I did... however, my husband and I are business owners and if " we" ordered wrong material for someone them that would b out fault and we would soak up that mistake not make the customer pay again ...it's what u do .. I was deeply traumatized with how unprofessional the owner was, could be she was having a bad day.. but regardless if you work with the public you should always try and be polite thay obviously won't happen all the time , but the customer is always right, right? Could be she was having a bad day... and she just took it out on me that's fine too it could have been handled differently l, sadly I think my husband and I will go somewhere else for now on, over a bad attitude which could have been prevented and offered more sales in the future.. I would like to say a big thanks to Chris for being , nice , kind and professional he is the employee that we need working with customers if his manager is reading this he deserves a raise...

Service has always been friendly and helpful. I will always go to the Big John's for my chainsaw needs.

When we bought our new Montana home this summer, we knew it was time for a hot tub and a new grill. After researching our options, it became clear that Big Johns was where we were spending our money... they spent a LOT of time educating us on the options, and helping us make smart decisions. Every time we went in the store we became more impressed with the staff's knowledge and passion for the products they were selling. We finally decided on the Yoder Smoker and a Sundance spa, and couldn't be happier! The delivery guys took their time making sure all our questions were answered, and even took the time to make some recommendations to help us better enjoy our new purchases. We use the smoker and spa almost daily, and I would highly recommend Big Johns!

I've been looking for a spa for a few weeks now and went to all the stores around me that sell hot tubs. Big John's was the most professional and best experience out of the four stores I shopped. They have a whole designated sales and service staff just for their spas and they were extremely knowledgeable! I look forward to using my new tub and dealing with the helpful staff for years to come!

Exceptional customer service! I had a problem with my spa pump and took it to another place and they quoted me $325.00 to rebuild it and it would take at least four weeks! I took it to Big John's and they rebuilt it and it was a fraction of that price! The technician was prompt and I had it the next day! I also had a few other problems with my spa and they came out and took take of them and it's not even a brand they sell. I will definitely recommend them for spa service and will be buying a new tub from them for my lake place this summer! Thank You so much for helping me out!
