I usually get in and out unless they do any kind of testing. Always friendly staff.
I had to wait over a month and a half to get an appointment and the day before I was to go in they cancelled my appointment and told me I would have to wait another month and a half.
Physicians are great. Front office, though? Completely incompetent. First time I went they lost all of my paperwork and never got my records from previous doctors. Second time they scheduled me with the wrong dr. Third time, same thing even after they called me the day before reminding me of my appt with the RIGHT dr. If you go here, better be sure to fight tooth and nail.
First off let me start by saying how dumbfounded I am at the low ratings of Big Sky. My wife and I have been going to them since moving here in 2014. We have had nothing but the best services on the regular medical side of the facility. Dr. Anderson is amazing and always going to tell you the truth and is going to be straight forward with you if he doesn't have the answers. He will always do his best to find the answers but sometimes a general doctor can't find all the answers but he makes sure to get you to the right specialist. Two years ago our son was born here and we were told about Dr. Nitchselm (if I spelled that right) for our sons medical care. He has been just as amazing as Dr. Anderson. We love both our doctors and going to miss them dearly when we move this coming spring. The front staff are also the best we have dealt with in Kalispell when it comes to medical offices. Friendly and confident always checking your personal information to make sure it is always up to date. Now as much as I hate to share the negative about Big Sky there are two things they need to work on. Urgent Care doctors and staff are not that friendly. Most so called doctors in that department are not doctors just nurse practitioner's. Getting appointments in a timely manor can be hard as well if you need to get in to see a doctor right away that is not urgent care worthy. I have had to wait up to a month for an appointment. This will probably improve as the hospital expands. This is the best practice in town for general medical care and we highly recommend them but especially Dr. Nitchselm and Dr. Anderson.
I haven't been to a doctor since I moved to Kalispell from Los Angeles. I got to have an appointment with Jessica and it was amazing. The front desk staff are very helpful. Jessica's attention to detail for all my issues was superb. I feel very cared for visiting this clinic. It's waiting room is very cozy and the exam rooms are also very professional and decent. I wish I could visit the medical clinic from out of state!
