I thought this was a good facility and today changed my mind. I walked into the office for the first time in 2 years today. No one was in the waiting area when I arrived, I explained to the receptionist that my Blood Pressure was 205 over 136 and that I felt off and had head aches and was just not feeling well or normal and my mind didn't seem to be working correctly. They got my insurance and checked my past experience there and found that I owed them $55 from 2 plus years ago. I appologised and explained that I didn't know that I had a past due amount. The receptionist told, what I assumed was the accounts woman, that I had insurance and the accounts lady replied, "So?". I told them that I could pay it in 36 hrs but was told that I could not be seen until the $50 bucks was paid.
Right through the door the desk keep had an attitude. After an hour and 20 minutes I was rushed into the DOT physical process and at the end more reputable clinics would normally give you a wallet sized laminated medical examiner's certificate, this clinic told me I could get it shrunk and laminated at office max for less than 5 dollars. This is poor customer service and it made me feel uncomfortable about the whole visit. I'll ask my company to send me to Valley Medical from now on.

So I assume that to this facility my life meant $50 to them...I left and went to a real Dr and was told that if I wasnt seen I would have had a huge chance of stroking out or having a heart attack.
