Amazing! They are reasonable-fix everything I bring them and are quick about it! They have saved me money!
I brought in a watch with a leather band and asked if they could duplicate the band for me. I was told yes but to come back in a month. Fast forward a month and I was told they don't have time to do what a month ago I was told they would. Very poor customer service, they absolutely wasted my time and in the end would not help me.
Excellent. They were highly recommended by competitive horsemen for saddles, boots, anything leather. They fixed my best boots whose soles were detached - boots that fit like a glove once again.
