I received outstanding service from Tamara at the Treweek UHaul Location in Kalispell. Originally I went to the Evergreen Uhaul location in dire need of a rental and I was told that nothing was available. I then placed a call to Tamara to see if we could drive to her location if any rentals were available South of town. She got to work right away and was able to secure a rental for me right in the the Evergreen location I was parked at. Yes the same one that told me nothing was available. Clearly she went above and beyond to make it happen and she even gave me a larger truck at the same price as the smaller one because of their unavailability! Once I entered the Evergreen office to complete the rental Tamara had reserved, their attitude was terrible and they told me she should have never done that. I disagree completely. She did everything she could to get me a rental that day and as quickly as possible. To top it off she made availability to me in a location I was told I could not be serviced that day. Customer service goes a long way and I would certainly recommend Tamara to my friends and family.
