My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Eddy McGlothlin and Creston RV in Kalispell. Shortly before closing time last Friday, my husband and I purchased an RV. Eddy spent all the time we needed to find the perfect RV for us. He didn't even know until the end that we WERE GOING TO ACTUALLY MAKE THE PURCHASE. We were treated like good friends. We got a good price and excellent service. Eddy told us that we were to be treated to a free two night stay at a local campground, in case we had any problems or questions, and we decided to wait two weeks for possession. My husband and I have talked about the fact that this is the FIRST TIME IN OUR LIVES WE'D EVER ACTUALLY ENJOYED a vehicle, RV or home purchase (we're in our 60s)! THANKS EDDY AND CRESTON! To anyone who may be considering an RV purchase, we say try here first, even if you have to travel 200 miles, as we did.
Excellent quality products and specializing in class b and b+ motorhomes. They know their products better then any other dealer I have been to. They are not high pressure in any way, just there to answer any and all questions that you have. They are passionate about what they sell. They take care of their inventory better then any one else I have seen. Always clean and ready to show. I traveled 1000 miles to look at one model they had and was very happy to do it again.
Had my LTV serviced there on a Monday morning. They were polite and efficient but could not fix my step. They do NOT have a lounge to wait in while your vehicle is being serviced. This really is surprising considering where they are located with so many RV's passing through needing service. But they got me in and out in about 2 hours. This dealership sells only Class B RV's.
