Couldn't be happier. Kalispell Toyota has the fairest and kindest service department at any dealer I've been too. Their prices have been very reasonable and they've always been open with me about my vehicles problems. When the job is out of my hands/ tool capacity, I won't take my truck anywhere else in the valley. I drive a 20 year old Tacoma and they treat me just as well as someone who just bought a brand new one. Thanks guys!

So this place has extremely poor communication and follow through. Example 1: I won't dive too fair into into it because Mark the GM did do right by it. But only after I wrote a nasty review months later did he finally call me back. Long story short, they used to have a sexist salesman. He's been let go. Example 2: We recently got a safety recall on our RAV4. My wife called to set up an appointment. She was given a lot of run around and a lot of long-winded technical/operational excuses as to why she couldn't schedule it. It left her lost and didn't exactly give her a good sense of confidence that it would get taken care of. Something to do with ordering parts first then they would call back?? Which would be fine, but simple English goes a long ways. Nearly a week went by before she called back to check, and the parts had apparently been sitting around for a while. Since this has happened to us twice in a row with two separate departments, we're beginning to wonder if they have a tendency of making female customers less of a priority. It's really sad because people say so many nice and positive things about them. I'm not one to target a business, but you would think after our first experience that we wouldn't be having similar difficulties with communication. Is it us? Both instances were six months apart too. A recall shouldn't be this difficult to have done!
Excellent Dealership. I was a bit skeptical about their "best price" philosophy, and reluctance to negotiate. As a result, I looked throughout the western United States for a similar vehicle, and was prepared to travel to Denver, Portland, Seattle, etc., to obtain the best deal. However, after my extensive research, I discovered Kalispell Toyota did, in fact, have the best deals. My salesperson Bob Taylor and his associate Chris were excellent, very knowledgeable and down to earth. I highly recommend Kalispell Toyota. Five Stars.
Our experience purchasing our vehicle at Kalispell Toyota was unlike any other car buying experience we have ever had. There was no pressure and Joe, our salesman, made it fun. We discussed vehicles, test drove, laughed, and enjoyed our time at the dealership. Before leaving we received all the financial information we needed to assist us in making a decision. The next day we returned to test drive our chosen vehicle and inspect it. Joe made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He did not rush us and it was obvious assisting us was his priority.
