These guys are rock stars! Amazing owner, fantastic staff! We're passing through town on our multi-week motorcycle trip. GPS steered us onto a gravel road. Just as it became mud and we thought of turning back, my front tire caught and I was ejected from my bike. The right handle bar bent, the right front brake was compromised due to the handlebar, both mirrors covers with turn signal lights popped off, and it looked like I bent the frame of the right plastic saddle bag. Plus I hit my head hard enough to break my helmet and bruised my back, neck and knee up pretty spectacularly. The bike was compromised, but could be ridden. As soon as we got to a place with cell signal we got on the phone and started making calls. They were the closest Honda dealer, where our hotel was for the night and near the closest hospital... 63 miles away. They stayed open long enough for us to get in the door just as they were closing. While Cody helped me pick out a new helmet, the staff helped my husband find replacement part numbers and start calling other dealers to see if we could ship parts ahead to fix the bike in the next few days. Once they came up with a plan, they followed us out and checked out the bike. Cody took one look at it and said, I'm gonna at least blast that mud off and check your tire pressure. The rear wheel looks off to me. It was well past closing time at this point. Not only did he get the bike cleaned up, he was able to bend the handle bar back into nearly straight which fixed the front brake as well. He then checked the rear tire and noticed a drag on it which we thought was the brake. Meanwhile the owner and Cody's wife who also stayed late kept us company. It turned out the right luggage actually popped off the bracket and was dragging on the wheel... a quick adjustment and the bike is now safe to ride. And they checked the non-damaged bike's tire pressure for good measure. The owner refused to let us pay for any shop time. We just cannot say enough good things about this place and their kindness. We had called and been turned away by several other places while we were on the side of the road, licking our wounds, 63 miles from civilization. The staff at Leland's Honda is Above the Rest very professional and very polite very knowledgeable I highly recommend them to purchase anything parts or accessories or even a brand new motorcycle
Very knowledgeable staff & not pushy. Even though I couldn't get the machine from them, their parts. & service department go way beyond special. They worked w me on a couple of complicated issue, then made sure that proper(easy) way to do the service. Then they personally went to another store to to get an after market part specifically for my personal unique light set up & reformed my design would marry up to Honda's existing electrical system. Awsome!!!!!! This is one of the few places I would recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed unless U are stupid.
We drove in from bigfork today to purchase parts for my son's Suzuki motorcycle. There was one lady at the parts counter assisting a customer. She failed to even recognize us as we stood at the counter waiting for at least 15 minutes. I kindly asked, if she was the only person working in parts. She responded by saying, she could page Rob to the counter. I smiled and waited for her to page Rob. She continued to assist her customer with a helmet behind the counter at a register as we patiently waited for her to page Rob. My patience ended after another 5 minutes and we walked out of the store. The moment she noticed us leaving, she immediately paged Rob to the counter. I will purchase my Suzuki parts online and not support this local establishment again.
Staff was friendly and courteous. Would considering buying from them again.
